*For transportation, we recommend that you purchase a Japan Rail Pass in your country, this will save you much time and money while travelling in Japan. While in Hakone, you can also purchase a Hakone Free Pass.
*JR Pass is not available in the Hakone region. So, the Hakone Free Pass is highly reccomended.
*The last bus leaving from Odawara station to Senkyoromae bus stop is at 8:35 pm.
*These Passes will save you money on almost all of the local transportation in the Hakone National Park.

**Access from Narita Airport**
If you have a Japan Rail Pass,you can take the Narita Express (JR) to Tokyo station. (It takes one hour to get to Tokyo station.)
From Tokyo station, if you have a Japan Rail Pass you can take the
JR Super Express train (Shinkansen=Kodama), directly to Odawara Station. It takes only 40 minutes.
At Odawara Station take a bus from Bus Lane #4 <EAST
EXIT> towards Togendai (
) and
get off at Senkyoro-Mae Bus Stop (
)before Togendai . It takes about 50 minutes.

the corner to help you find your way.

By train
If you don't have Japan Rail Pass it will be more economical to take an
Odakyu Line (Express train) from Shinjuku Station to Odawara Station or Hakone Yumoto station. It's
takes about 1 hour - 1 hour 40 minutes.
Follow the same directions from
Odawara Station.

It takes about 30 minutes. The last bus towards
TOGENDAI leaves at 8:50 pm. (The bus fare is \780 each way)

an English announcement on the bus just before Senkyoro-mae Bus Stop.
